Klezmer music Klezmer music variety at the 67th National Folk Festival on Brown's Island in Richmond, Virginia Sunday October 9, 2005 Frank London's Klezmer Brass All Stars. Frank London and Susan Watts, trumpet. Curtis Hasselbring, trombone. Merlin Shepard, clarinet. Aaron Alexander, drums. Guest banjo, Henry Sapoznik, and myself Mark Rubin on helicon tuba. The second bit is actually a completely unrehersed jam session of Bulgarian dance tunes with Ivo Pappasov, clarinet, Yuri Yinokov, sax, Neshko Nihav, accordion and Sadi on drums. We hadn't even been introduced and they basically walked onstage and strted playing.
