Martinair MD-11 taxi and takeoff from Amsterdam Schiphol Watch this Martinair MD11 cargo plane taxi and then hold for a Northwest airlines Airbus A330 that is taking off. After the A330 has cleared the runway, you hear the MD-11's gigantic Pratt and Whitney's spool up and the Mc.Donnell Douglas starts moving again. A few minutes later, you see the Martinair aircraft passing by full throttle and taking off to it's destination. Awesome footage from the famous spotter location near runway 06-24 Kaagbaan and everything filmed from close by. We all enjoy it while we still can as Schiphol management will likely close this great spotter's location because of the expansion of the airport.
