Stephen Wiltshire draws Hong Kong from memory Stephen Wiltshire is a British autistic savant and accomplished artist. He became famous as the best child artist in Britain and published his first bestseller book at the age of 12. In 2006 he was awarded an MBE and became the member of the British Empire.
